Padmasaliyar.org என்பது பத்மசாலியர் சமூகத்தின் வரலாறு, குல மரபு, ஆவணங்களை ஆதாரத்துடன் தொகுக்கும் ஒரு சமூக முயற்சி. இதை உருவாக்கி நிர்வகிப்பவர் பா.இரமேஷ் (சேலம்). உங்கள் தகவலை நாங்கள் எப்படிக் கையாளுகிறோம் என்பதை இந்தப் பக்கம் விளக்குகிறது.
1. நாங்கள் சேகரிக்கும் தகவல்
- கருத்துப் படிவத்தில் நீங்கள் வழங்குபவை: பெயர் (கட்டாயம்), மாவட்டம் / பகுதி, தொடர்பு எண் (விருப்பம்), தகவல் வகை, உங்கள் செய்தி, விருப்பமாக இணைக்கும் ஆவணம் அல்லது படம் (படம், PDF, Word கோப்பு), மற்றும் பரிசீலனைக்கான ஒப்புதல்.
- வேறு வழிகளில் நீங்கள் அனுப்புபவை: info@padmasaliyar.org மின்னஞ்சல், தொலைபேசி அல்லது WhatsApp வழியாக நீங்கள் தரும் தகவல்கள்.
- உங்கள் உலாவியில்: நீங்கள் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கும் மொழி (தமிழ்/English) உங்கள் உலாவியின் localStorage-ல் சேமிக்கப்படுகிறது. இது உங்கள் சாதனத்திலேயே இருக்கும். இந்தத் தளம் தற்போது குக்கீகளையோ பகுப்பாய்வுக் (analytics) கருவிகளையோ பயன்படுத்துவதில்லை.
- சேவை வழங்குநர்கள்: தளத்தை வழங்கும் ஹோஸ்டிங் நிறுவனம் (MilesWeb) வழக்கமான சர்வர் பதிவுகளை (IP முகவரி, நேரம், திறந்த பக்கம்) வைத்திருக்கலாம். வரலாற்றுப் பக்கங்கள் எழுத்துருக்களுக்காக Google Fonts-ஐ ஏற்றலாம்; அப்போது உங்கள் IP முகவரி Google-க்குச் செல்லக்கூடும்.
2. தகவலை எதற்குப் பயன்படுத்துகிறோம்
- நீங்கள் அனுப்பிய தகவலைப் பரிசீலிக்க, ஆதாரத்தைச் சரிபார்க்க, தேவைப்பட்டால் உங்களைத் தொடர்புகொள்ள.
- தளத்தில் உள்ள உள்ளடக்கத்தைத் திருத்தவும் மேம்படுத்தவும்.
- தளத்தின் பாதுகாப்பையும் சரியான இயக்கத்தையும் உறுதிசெய்ய.
3. வெளியீடு
- நீங்கள் அனுப்பும் தகவல் பரிசீலிக்கப்பட்டு, ஆதாரச் சரிபார்ப்புக்குப் பிறகே தளத்தில் வெளியிடப்படும்; அனைத்தும் வெளியிடப்படும் என்பதற்கு உத்தரவாதம் இல்லை.
- உங்கள் தொடர்பு எண், மின்னஞ்சல் ஆகியவை உங்கள் ஒப்புதல் இன்றி வெளியிடப்படமாட்டா. பெயரை வெளியிடுவதற்கும் உங்கள் ஒப்புதலைக் கேட்போம்.
4. பகிர்வு
உங்கள் தகவலை நாங்கள் விற்பதில்லை. சட்டப்படி தேவைப்பட்டால் தவிர, மூன்றாம் தரப்புடன் பகிர்வதில்லை. தளத்தை இயக்கத் தேவையான சேவை வழங்குநர்கள் (ஹோஸ்டிங், மின்னஞ்சல்) வழியாக உங்கள் தகவல் கடந்து செல்லலாம்.
5. வெளி இணைப்புகள்
இந்தத் தளத்தில் WhatsApp, Facebook குழு, padmasaliyar.in (மணமக்கள் தளம்) போன்ற வெளி இணைப்புகள் உள்ளன. அவற்றின் தனியுரிமை நடைமுறைகளுக்கு நாங்கள் பொறுப்பல்ல; அவற்றின் சொந்தக் கொள்கைகளைப் பாருங்கள்.
6. பாதுகாப்பும் வைத்திருக்கும் காலமும்
உங்கள் தகவலைப் பாதுகாக்க நியாயமான முயற்சிகள் எடுக்கிறோம்; ஆனால் இணையத்தில் முழுமையான பாதுகாப்புக்கு உத்தரவாதம் தர முடியாது. நீங்கள் அனுப்பிய தகவலைப் பரிசீலனைக்குத் தேவையான காலம் வரை மட்டும் வைத்திருப்போம்; நீங்கள் கேட்டால் நீக்குவோம்.
7. உங்கள் உரிமைகள்
நீங்கள் அனுப்பிய தகவலைப் பார்க்க, திருத்த, நீக்கக் கேட்கலாம்; வெளியிடப்பட்ட தகவலில் உங்கள் பெயர் அல்லது விவரம் இருந்தால் அதை நீக்கவோ திருத்தவோ கேட்கலாம். info@padmasaliyar.org முகவரிக்கு எழுதுங்கள் அல்லது 9245774065 என்ற எண்ணில் தொடர்புகொள்ளுங்கள்.
8. குழந்தைகள் மற்றும் குடும்ப விவரங்கள்
18 வயதுக்குக் குறைந்தவர்கள் பெற்றோர் அல்லது பாதுகாவலரின் ஒப்புதலுடன் மட்டுமே தகவல் அனுப்ப வேண்டும். உங்கள் குடும்பத்தினர் பற்றிய விவரங்களை அனுப்பும்போது, அவர்களின் சம்மதம் உங்களிடம் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
9. மாற்றங்கள்
இந்தக் கொள்கையை நாங்கள் புதுப்பிக்கலாம். மாற்றம் செய்தால் இந்தப் பக்கத்தில் மேலே உள்ள தேதியை மாற்றுவோம்.

Padmasaliyar.org is a community initiative to compile the history, lineage traditions and documents of the Padmasaliyar community with sources. It is created and run by P.Ramesh (Salem). This page explains how we handle your information.
1. Information we collect
- What you give in the feedback form: name (required), district / area, contact number (optional), type of information, your message, a document or picture you may choose to attach (image, PDF, Word file), and your consent to review.
- What you send in other ways: information you give by email to info@padmasaliyar.org, by phone or by WhatsApp.
- In your browser: the language you choose (Tamil/English) is saved in your browser’s localStorage. It stays on your own device. This site does not currently use cookies or analytics tools.
- Service providers: the hosting company that serves the site (MilesWeb) may keep the usual server logs (IP address, time, page opened). The history pages may load Google Fonts for their typefaces; when they do, your IP address may go to Google.
2. What we use the information for
- To review the information you sent, to verify the evidence, and to contact you if needed.
- To correct and improve the content of the site.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
3. Publication
- The information you send is reviewed, and published on the site only after the evidence has been verified; there is no guarantee that everything will be published.
- Your contact number and email will not be published without your consent. We will also ask for your consent before publishing your name.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties unless the law requires it. Your information may pass through the service providers needed to run the site (hosting, email).
5. External links
This site has external links such as WhatsApp, a Facebook group and padmasaliyar.in (the matrimony site). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please see their own policies.
6. Security and how long we keep information
We make reasonable efforts to protect your information; but complete security cannot be guaranteed on the internet. We keep the information you sent only for as long as it is needed for review; we will delete it if you ask.
7. Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent; if your name or details appear in published information, you may ask for them to be removed or corrected. Write to info@padmasaliyar.org or contact us on 9245774065.
8. Children and family details
People under 18 should send information only with the consent of a parent or guardian. When you send details about members of your family, you should have their consent.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. If we make a change, we will change the date at the top of this page.
