பயன்பாட்டு நிபந்தனைகள்

Padmasaliyar.org தளத்தைப் பயன்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் கீழ்க்காணும் நிபந்தனைகளை ஏற்கிறீர்கள். ஏற்கவில்லை என்றால் தளத்தைப் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டாம்.

1. தளத்தின் நோக்கம்

இது பத்மசாலியர் சமூகத்தின் வரலாறு, குல மரபு, ஆன்மிகம், ஆவணங்கள் ஆகியவற்றை ஆதாரத்துடன் தொகுக்கும் ஒரு சமூக முயற்சி. இது அதிகாரப்பூர்வ அரசு அல்லது சமய அமைப்பின் தளம் அல்ல.

2. உள்ளடக்கத்தின் தன்மை

  • தளத்தில் உள்ள தகவல்கள் கிடைத்த நூல்கள், ஆவணங்கள், சமூகத் தொகுப்புகள், குடும்ப மரபுகள் ஆகியவற்றிலிருந்து தொகுக்கப்பட்டவை.
  • குலபுராணம், வாழும் சமூக மரபு, எழுத்து ஆதாரம், உறுதிசெய்யப்படாதவை ஆகியவற்றைத் தனித்தனியாகக் குறிக்க முயல்கிறோம். குலபுராணக் கதைகள் வரலாற்று நிரூபணமாக முன்வைக்கப்படுவதில்லை.
  • வெவ்வேறு மூலங்கள் வெவ்வேறு தகவல்களைத் தரலாம்; அந்த வேறுபாடுகளையும் பதிவு செய்கிறோம்.

3. துல்லியம் குறித்த எச்சரிக்கை

கோத்திரப் பட்டியல்கள், எட்டுப் பிரிவுகள், நான்கு மடங்கள், குடும்பப்பெயர்–கோத்திரத் தேடல் ஆகியவை சமூகத் தொகுப்புகளின் அடிப்படையிலானவை; அவற்றின் மூலங்கள் முழுமையாக உறுதிசெய்யப்படவில்லை. உங்கள் குடும்பத்தின் உண்மையான கோத்திரம், மரபு ஆகியவற்றைப் பெரியவர்களிடமும் குடும்ப ஆவணங்களிலும் உறுதிசெய்யுங்கள். திருமணம், சொத்து, சட்டம், சான்றிதழ் போன்ற முடிவுகளுக்கு இந்தத் தளத்தை ஒரே ஆதாரமாகக் கொள்ள வேண்டாம்.

தளத்தில் பிழைகள் இருக்கலாம். கண்டால் தெரிவியுங்கள்; திருத்துவோம்.

4. நீங்கள் அனுப்பும் தகவல்

  • நீங்கள் அனுப்பும் தகவல் உண்மையானதாகவும், அதைப் பகிர உங்களுக்கு உரிமை உள்ளதாகவும் இருக்க வேண்டும் (பதிப்புரிமை உள்ள நூல், படங்களை உரிமையின்றி அனுப்ப வேண்டாம்).
  • நாங்கள் தகவலைப் பரிசீலிக்கவும், திருத்தவும், சுருக்கவும், வெளியிடாமல் இருக்கவும் உரிமை பெற்றுள்ளோம்.
  • வெளியிட நீங்கள் ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கும் தகவலை, மூலத்தைக் குறிப்பிட்டு, இந்தத் தளத்தில் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.
  • அவதூறு, வெறுப்பு, பிற சமூகங்களை இழிவுபடுத்தும் அல்லது பிறரின் தனியுரிமையை மீறும் உள்ளடக்கம் ஏற்கப்படாது.

5. அறிவுசார் உரிமை

  • தளத்தின் உரை, வடிவமைப்பு, தொகுப்பு Padmasaliyar.org-க்குரியவை. கல்வி மற்றும் சமூகப் பகிர்வுக்காக, மூலத்தைக் (Padmasaliyar.org) குறிப்பிட்டுப் பகிரலாம்.
  • தளத்தின் தரவுத் தொகுப்புகளை (கோத்திரப் பட்டியல், குடும்பப்பெயர் தேடல் தரவு) வணிக நோக்கில் மறுபயன்பாடு செய்ய முன் அனுமதி தேவை.
  • பிற நூல்கள், இணையதளங்களிலிருந்து மேற்கோள் காட்டப்பட்டவை அந்தந்த உரிமையாளர்களுக்குரியவை. 1909 தர்ஸ்டன்–ரங்காச்சாரி நூல் போன்ற பொது உரிமை நூல்களின் மேற்கோள்கள் மூலத்துடன் தரப்படுகின்றன.

6. உத்தரவாத மறுப்பு

தளம் “உள்ளபடி” வழங்கப்படுகிறது. உள்ளடக்கத்தின் முழுமை, துல்லியம், தடையற்ற இயக்கம் ஆகியவற்றுக்கு உத்தரவாதம் இல்லை. தளத்தின் தகவலைப் பயன்படுத்தியதால் ஏற்படும் இழப்புக்கு, சட்டம் அனுமதிக்கும் அளவுக்கு, நாங்கள் பொறுப்பல்ல.

7. வெளி இணைப்புகள்

padmasaliyar.in (மணமக்கள் தளம்), WhatsApp, Facebook போன்ற வெளி இணைப்புகள் தனித் தளங்கள்; அவற்றின் உள்ளடக்கத்துக்கும் அங்கு நடக்கும் தொடர்புகள், ஏற்பாடுகளுக்கும் இந்தத் தளம் பொறுப்பல்ல.

8. பயனர் நடத்தை

தளத்தின் இயக்கத்தைப் பாதிக்கும் செயல்கள், தானியங்கி முறையில் தகவலைத் திரட்டுதல், பிறரை ஏமாற்றும் அல்லது துன்புறுத்தும் செயல்கள் அனுமதிக்கப்படாது.

9. மாற்றங்கள்

இந்த நிபந்தனைகளை எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் புதுப்பிக்கலாம். மாற்றத்துக்குப் பிறகும் தளத்தைப் பயன்படுத்தினால் புதிய நிபந்தனைகளை ஏற்பதாகக் கருதப்படும்.

This is a community initiative that compiles the history, lineage traditions, spiritual heritage and documents of the Padmasaliyar community with sources. It is not the site of an official government or religious body.

2. Nature of the content

  • The information on the site is compiled from the books, documents, community compilations and family traditions available.
  • We try to mark separately what is Kulapurana, living community tradition, written evidence and unconfirmed. The Kulapurana stories are not put forward as historical proof.
  • Different sources may give different information; we record those differences too.

3. A caution about accuracy

The gotra lists, the eight divisions, the four mathas and the surname–gotra search are based on community compilations; their sources have not been fully confirmed. Please confirm your family’s actual gotra and tradition with your elders and family documents. Do not treat this site as the only basis for decisions on marriage, property, law, certificates and the like.

The site may contain errors. If you find one, tell us; we will correct it.

4. Information you send

  • The information you send must be true, and you must have the right to share it (do not send copyrighted books or pictures without the right to do so).
  • We have the right to review, edit and shorten the information, and to leave it unpublished.
  • Information you consent to have published may be used on this site, with the source stated.
  • Content that is defamatory, hateful, demeaning to other communities, or that violates the privacy of others will not be accepted.

5. Intellectual property

  • The text, design and compilation of the site belong to Padmasaliyar.org. They may be shared for educational and community purposes with credit to the source (Padmasaliyar.org).
  • Prior permission is needed to reuse the site’s data sets (the gotra list, the surname search data) for commercial purposes.
  • Material quoted from other books and websites belongs to its respective owners. Quotations from public domain works such as the 1909 work of Thurston and Rangachari are given with the source.

The site is provided “as is”. There is no guarantee of the completeness or accuracy of the content, or of uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of information on the site.
